Orders ship within 1-5 business days from Tampa, FL. When your order ships you will receive a USPS tracking link email confirming shipment. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if in product is in resale condition. You are responsible for return postage costs. If you receive the wrong item or need to initiate an insurance claim due to damage, please email me at rachel@thedottingcenter.com
